Great place to experience the wilderness and the forest as well as cenotes. Exceptional service in a remote area. Very nice staff. Be mindful that if you plan a trip at night the roads are too bad only good if you want an off-roading experience. We got delayed and the roads were scary.

Gorgeous hotel! Pristine place . The rooms, pools, landscaping, cleanliness, comfort, staff are all incredible. Only cons are that it’s not near anything. You need a car to get around. They offer golf cart shuttle to a convenience store to grab food or drinks. The menu is limited at the hotel restaurant. No tip option on hand pay machines so bring cash . They can’t make small change so it’s a bit inconvenient. We ran out small bills then couldn’t tip anymore. No nightly entertainment either. It...

The hotel has an amazing ambience, great music by the cenote, amazing food, really friendly staff. A lot of attention has been given to the design and aesthetic of the rooms and the hotel public area. The hotel made us feel immersed in a jungle garden as everything is well maintained. Hotel is also close to many restaurants and club at walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and crisp. Cleanliness is amazing throughout the property.

It was an amazing and relaxing at stay for a week! The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, and they are always out making pathways and pools clear of leaves. The hotel has a private jungle feeling! We stayed in the room that had its own private pool- the only thing missing was a fridge within the room, as we didn’t want to buy some drinks and have them warm. The trees made it feel so private but it was never being in the sun and it remained quite cold!

When is the best time to go to Tulum?
The best time to go to Tulum is between November and April, when the weather is generally dry and sunny, great for enjoying the beaches and archaeological sites.
During these months, you'll experience pleasant temperatures, typically ranging from 24°C to 28°C (75°F to 82°F), with lower humidity. This makes it ideal for exploring the Tulum ruins, swimming in cenotes, or simply relaxing on the white sand beaches. The evenings are also comfortable, allowing for outdoor dining and strolls.
Couples looking for a romantic getaway will find this period particularly appealing. The clear skies and gentle breezes create a lovely setting for beach dinners and exploring the town's offerings without the intense heat and humidity of the summer months.

Where can I find the best nightlife in Tulum?
Tulum's nightlife is concentrated in a few distinct areas, each offering a different experience.
The Tulum Beach Zone, particularly along the main beach road, is where you'll find most of the upscale beach clubs and open-air venues. These often feature resident DJs playing electronic music, and some host international acts. Many establishments here operate as restaurants and bars during the day, transitioning into nightlife spots after sunset. You'll find a mix of cocktail lounges and venues with dance floors.
Tulum Pueblo, the downtown area, offers a more local and relaxed nightlife experience. Here, you'll find a variety of casual bars, pubs, and restaurants that stay open late. There are also a few spots with live music, often featuring local bands playing cumbia or reggae. It's generally a more laid-back option compared to the beach zone.
Some of the larger resorts and boutique hotels, both in the Beach Zone and just outside the main areas, also host their own events and parties.
