"Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

"so many food spots that are walking distance. great greeters when entering the building always felt super safe and the plaza that connects is so amazing! only bad thing that happened was that we were left with no water but it was only for a couple of hours. room was very clean and looked like the pictures. from the 13th floor i could not hear any of the music or noise from the bars and restaurants across the street. great place for what you pay for. "

If you’re considering coming to Cancún, don’t even bother looking at the all-inclusive resorts — if you want a real, authentic experience and the most beautiful view of the city, this is the one. "The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone. "

"It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Ambiance suite. I spent a few weeks there as a solo traveler. The room was large and comfortable. It felt like a small studio apartment. The staff were very helpful. I felt safe staying there. Thank you! "

"The staff is fabulous, everything very clean. The restaurant is tops, we ate there every night for almost 2 weeks. The area is very good for medical appointments, being reached without going outside. Very nice workout room, and pool. Ammenities are very good. Our only complaint is the sink and shower faucets and drains do not work well. They need attention "
