First Jose is a wonderful concierge and the entire staff was very warm and welcoming. Costumer service was amazing everyone was super friendly! They have a security gate and made us feel so safe! Our studio suite was very clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed that way every day! The location was perfect only 5 min from the ADO bus station and in walking distance from Mercado 28 and Parque las Palapas! We had a few drinks at the pool and they were really good! This is like an luxury hotel and your own home. We stayed for 10 nights with our boys. We were really taked care from the first minute, you can see that they really care about you. The staff are amazing and they make you feel at home, the hotel is super clean and you can also cook your own food. You have really good Tacos around the corner with local people.
