"We loved this resort. Quiet and relaxing! We really enjoyed the Japanese and steakhouse. Staff was very helpful and nice. I lost my entire purse on night one with wallet/passport and everything and one of the sweet ladies from the beloved restaurant staff took it to the front desk for me. "

I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "
