"We recently stayed at Haven Riviera Cancún and had an incredible experience from start to finish. As Serenity Club members, we had access to exclusive areas and amenities that truly elevated our stay — from private lounges to premium service at the restaurants and poolside. The staff went above and beyond every single day. Whether it was a friendly greeting, a perfectly timed cocktail, or the daily amenities delivered to our suite, the service was consistently top-tier and thoughtful. You could tell they genuinely cared about creating a relaxing and unforgettable experience. The resort itself is stunning — modern, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a peaceful adults-only getaway. Although it was seaweed season and the beach wasn't ideal for swimming during our visit, that didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. There was still plenty of space to relax and take in the ocean view. We would absolutely recommend Haven Riviera Cancún, especially if you’re looking for a high-end, relaxing, and service-focused resort. We’re already thinking about when we can come back — hopefully during a better beach season!"

"Great property, good staff, and great food for an all-inclusive. That said, the concierge team was not helpful and created stressful situations for us. One member offered to help us book dinner reservations, but failed to do so, so when we went to the restaurant for dinner we ended up waiting an hour to sit. In addition, they were to help with our car back to the airport and confirmed that a time change occurred... Day of, however, that wasn't the case and we were left waiting and wondering if our transfer was coming... Very stressful. "

"Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort! "

"Love the activities, drinks, and most importantly the beach club. The food is the only thing that could need more improvement I wish there were more options and more traditional Mexican food as well as less gourmet type foods "
