"Purchased Infinite package. Loved the private beach area and the room (11th flr) was outstanding. Housekeeping, can’t say enough how much time she spent cleaning. "Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun! "

"My wife and I traveled with our 12 and 15 year olds. Had an ocean front room that was literally on the ocean which was beautiful. Food was good overall. Steak house, hibachi and Italian were all good. Standard/Good breakfast Buffett. "The resort is absolutely beautiful & the staff keeps the pool area & their stretch of the beach as clean as possible. The property is about a 10min walk to the hotel zone where there are clubs, food, bars & entertainment. If i could change anything it would be the “panhandling” on the beach — coming up to you while you’re lounging in your chair asking if you’d like to buy (insert random items here) all day long. You literally won’t say “no” enough. Also the Mexican restaurant wasn’t very good....

"The Royal Sands was the perfect medium sized all inclusive. Super clean, good food and the rooms are huge! As you may or may not know the ocean in the hotel zone is pretty rough, but being that Royal Sands has sister resorts, we were able to take free shuttles to Royal Cancun where the water is much calmer for my 6 year old. Overall great stay and the only minor downside I would say is the constant timeshare meeting pitches. However, with that said if I was interested in a timeshare I would...
