TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Kantenah

10/10 Excellent

Just back from a week stay @ TRS and it was spectacular! I read probably close to a thousand plus reviews before leaving and was well versed on what to expect and on some potential concerns to. The concerns I had going in, were mostly about the potential moldy or musty smell of the rooms/AC not working. I did notice that the bed sheets had a bit of dampness to them, and the bathroom did have that smell a little bit, but neither one of those impacted my stay. The bed and pillows were very...

Playa del Carmen

10/10 Excellent

Our second time was a joy at this resort. The quality remains and everything is high standard. Im usually not a fan of most resort food but at the Arte, the food was excellent. Overall tho above the rest, is the service. Whatever we needed was provided. There were many who provided excellent service but to highlight a few: Juana - the best server up on the rooftop ba en Casa Del Diseno. Whenever we needed a drink, she would have it for us. Also thank you to Karen, Sheila, Martin, Charly and...

InterContinental Presidente Cozumel Resort Spa by IHG

Cozumel

10/10 Excellent

Stayed as family in Jan 2025 (kids 6 & 9) in a premuim pool acces room. Had a fantastic time at this stylish well appointed luxury resort with lush well maintained grounds. Good ratio of capacity to resort size. Never felt crowded even though near full occupancy. Pools were always clean but hot tub wasn't always hot for some reason. Staff were plentiful, happy and helpful. Restaurant food quality and variety were excellent if pricey. Highly recommend including the amazing breakfest buffet in...

Kantenah

10/10 Excellent

After just the first day we knew we wanted to come back. Booked in White Sands but it was full so they put us in Rivieria villa 60 which turned out to be a great location. Enjoyed the beach, pool, sports section. Loved the no reservations required for the restaurants. Favorites were the Mexican and Japanese. Booked Xcaret on our own and took a taxi (highly recommend doing it that way). Didn't want to come home!

Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only

Corasol

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful resort that is very luxurious, staff was amazing and every little detail is looked after , the pools could use some more cleaning in the mornings but overall very well taken care of property . The beach was beautiful , the only thing I will make mention of is the chairs fill up fast and if you do not get there early enough you will be left looking for a spot. The food while amazing was a bit of a frustrating experience in the evenings as the resort doesn’t offer a buffet option for...

Banyan Tree Mayakoba

Playa del Carmen

10/10 Excellent

The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive

Playa del Carmen

10/10 Excellent

This is truly an amazing property and worth the money. The rooms were nice and clean. The food was top notch at all restaurants, especially the a la carte. We only visited Xplor park which was a lot of fun. My only reasons for not giving 5 starts in all categories were due to the following: 1. As noted in many reviews, the staff push you to attend a presentation for the expanded area of the hotel. This is actually a sales tactic for a membership (which you may or may not be interested in). ...

Palmaïa-The House of AïA: All Inclusive Wellness Resort

Playacar

10/10 Excellent

I had an incredible stay at Palmaia. From the staff, to the room, restaurants and amenities everything was absolutely amazing. I went by myself and it was very resourcing. Lots of activities such as breathing session, yoga, meditation, gym and spa treatments that are out of this world. The food was terrific and the mocktail list is spectacular. I would recommend without hesitation as a solo traveller, friends or couple. I find it might be a little boring for the kids (depending on your...

Downtown Playa del Carmen

10/10 Excellent

This boutique resort is the top we've ever been to (it rates very high globally and its for a very good reason). My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary there and we were treated like royalty. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the place was so beautiful, romantic, exquisite and unique. The beach was lovely and I'm sure to go back soon with our whole family. Probably the best resort in Mexico, it's worth every penny!
