Loved our stay! Caesar our family selection butler was so friendly and helpful! From reservations to forgotten toothbrushes he and Luis were able to help with anything we needed. Plenty of activities for our teens and the Family Selection beach and pool were amazing!

My wife, 2 daughters, and I stayed for a week. We had a great time. The resort is gorgeous with plenty of places to explore. The food is great. The service from our concierge, Erick, was fantastic. Would happily return.

This was not our first trip to Mexico. Compare to other resorts this hotel is good but not excellent. We really enjoyed family selection option and special attention to the kids. The food was great, the beach was clean, shows for kids were ok. All rooms are renovated.

We got a room upgrade to the swim up room and everything was so wonderful. the food, drinks, pools, staff, butlers, shows and everything. even at the buffet "nest" you can still order off the menu as well. great options and super clean. really nice place to stay.

No Coca-Cola in this resort 😞 And no advice before for Coca-Cola lovers like : Attention no Coca-Cola at Grand Palladium. Bring it with you from home !!! Rom&coke doesn't work with Pepsi. Difficulty to reserve the dinner at all the restaurants .even we had a dedicated consierge Animation team like inexistent.
