Overall the hotel is decent. Should not be charging the rates that they do in comparison to the other similar properties along the Riviera Maya. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jose and Moises at the bell desk and the ladies at the coffee and snack counter. The food throughout the property is sought subpar for a hotel trying to be in the class they portray. That is the biggest complaint I would have. Specific bar and restaurant hours are a little inconsistent as well. But up their food game and they would have a much better product.
