« Ce séjour à Anah Suites Tulum a été parfait.il a répondu à toutes nos attentes.personnel très compétent,réactif et à l'écoute.Appartement correspondant au descriptif dans un environnement luxuriant.Des belles piscines,et la possibilité de profiter des équipements du complexe Bahia Principe. Seul petit bémol,la musique en boucle du matin au soir et la lumière qui reste allumée toute la nuit à l'extérieur et du coup qui éclaire la chambre malgré le store.Un véhicule est indispensable »

« My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...

« Réservé 8 mois avant, annulé 48h avant notre arrivée. Relogement annoncé à l'hôtel Coba dans le même complexe Bahia Principe (confirmé par mail par Expedia), aucune réservation à notre nom à notre arrivée. Personnel très désagréable, refuse de prendre contact avec Kiin condos, Expedia ou la centrale de réservation Bahia. Nous contactons Expedia qui annonce après une longue attente qu'une chambre est disponible le lendemain, mais que nous devrons passer la 1e nuit ailleurs. Nous refusons car mon...

« The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...
