"Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good! My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable."

The food is awesome, and the rooms and physical facility are well serviced/maintained. It has one of the nicest beaches in Mexico. "We had a great stay and would come again. The only problem we had was the restaurants. Reservations were very difficult to get at all the resaurants and the quality of the food at most of them was poor. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we expected. The hotel and the staff were great."
