"Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk staff - professional, polite, helpfull to a solo older lady traveler. Johnny was most kind. I'd return."

"Our concierge Alfred was so helpful to us he helped us plan our dinners and helped us book a tour. Our waiter Dagoberto was the sweetest! He always greeted us with a smile every time we went for breakfast. Also Grean, Nairobi, Vicente, and Itzel the concierge team were amazing, they were the sweatiest treated us like family. They helped us with our reservations and were always so happy to greet us and help us. Also at the spa Carla gave us an a lovely experience with our hydrotherapy session! The massage therapists Juana and Margarita were amazing therapists . I can truly say they all made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for such am amazing time!"

"Only problem we had was getting dinner reservations. They say you stay at one place and have access to dining at all resorts but the seating they are allowed to reserve is very limited. Took too much time Going from place to place to make reservations"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Barceló Maya Riviera Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort 🇲🇽🌴 1000/10! Barceló Maya Riviera has been an AMAZING experience! 😍 From the beautiful property to the relaxing atmosphere, this resort is everything I could ask for in any getaway. If you’re looking for an adults-only, all-inclusive vacation with plenty to explore, this is definitely one to consider! One of the BEST perks is that this resort is part of a community of six Barceló resorts, and because I’m staying at Barceló Maya Riviera, I get access to all six! 🤯🙌 That means I can explore the different resorts and enjoy food and drinks throughout the resort community. Also, there are multiple fine dining restaurants that are included!! Talk about getting your money’s worth! There are so many options, and I love having the opportunity to experience different restaurants, atmospheres, and amenities all in one vacation. Between enjoying the resort, relaxing, exploring, and having plenty of food and drinks to choose from, there’s so much to make the most of. I love that I’m not limited to just one property during my stay! My overall rating is 1000/10! 💯🔥 I would absolutely recommend Barceló Maya Riviera to anyone looking for a beautiful adults-only, all-inclusive getaway in Mexico. If you’re planning a trip to the Riviera Maya, put this one on your list! 🇲🇽🌊🍹💜"
