The hotel was a bit run down. Definitely needs maintenance and up grades. The staff was awesome though. The food was good. If you are looking for some quiet time this place is a good choice.

It was a nice stay and experience. The food was ok and also the staff. It’s more a relaxing kinda stay not for out and go do things type of stay. And if so u pay extra for everything. Which is fine but u do get to the point where just being in the resort is the same thing. I did enjoy the pools and all inclusive. The price is unbeatable. But as a mid 30s married couple we wanted to do more and explore more. Overall nice stay anyways.

Great room, the roof top was great, hotel and stuff were awesome, the only downside is that being an old hotel certain thing like the pools do feel a bit outdated, but overall great experience especially if you looking to relax and enjoy the vibes

My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.

The good : bed was comfortable. The staff for the restaurants were friendly and efficient. The grounds are well kept The bad : Food is junk food based. Quality was mediocre at best. Not on-par with other five star in the Riviera. Some of the dinners were quite bad. The drinks were not good either. The little things that are supposed to make this hotel different such as a record player in the room and a bath simply did not work, even after we called to get them fixed. The check-in process was kind of unpleasant and mistakes were done when we wanted to upgrade rooms. Upgrade request never succeeded and just made the check in more laborious. No further effort to upgrade us was made by the staff even though we attempted to get the upgrade to one of the empty room bellow several times. There were morning calls aimed at sales but the problems we adresses about the room after these calls were never answered. This hotel isheavily affected by Sargasso swimming was not possible in the sea. This hotel is far from what you expect from a 5 star in the Riviera I do not recommend it.
