We particularly enjoyed the beach bbq for lunch, the italian restaurant and the carnal fashion cuisine show. We had great service from Cecile at tge archery range, good drinks on the beach from Brenda and Irene and great lunch service from Jose. We would recommend Sirenis for family vacations as the resort is a bit off the beaten track from playa del carmen, but close to akumal and tulum. Our friends did have issues with their rooms smelling of mold, so I would recommend requesting a room in a higher floor. Also our elevator never worked all 10 days, the concierge in our neighboring building was rude when we turned down the welcome breakfast (sales pitch) and you get limited mini bar services. Also at check in we weren't given much info as the goal is to get you talking to your concierge so they can sell you, we received a few phone calls but our friends were called every morning so eventually unplugged their phone. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore. The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants). The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! And for the biggest strength of TRS - the employees.The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Julian in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail!
