Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive - All inclusive

"We had very mixed feelings about our stay. While the food itself was fantastic, several operational issues made the trip unnecessarily stressful: - Not truly All-Inclusive: Be prepared to pay extra at the parks. The majority of the premier activities at Xel-Ha require additional out-of-pocket fees. - Restaurant Reservations: We tried booking a month in advance and waited on hold for over an hour, yet many restaurants were still completely unavailable. - Stressful Checkout: The checkout process was frustratingly slow, feeling intentionally drawn out so staff could pitch vacation packages while we were in a hurry to leave. Beautiful property and great food, but the rigid systems and high-pressure upselling detract from the luxury experience."

"An excellent stay and highly recommended for those trying to be low key on vacation not too crowded on our stay which was nice, missed whale sharks by a couple days but would recommend doing that if your into it, cenotes are a must for your full experience! If your looking to eat off the resort highly suggest ARKA it definitely is expensive but absolutely worth the experience. When booking here if you want most bang for buck I suggest the privileged romance suite, comes with a 30min couples massage and custom romantic dinner either on the beach or in the restaurant. Definitely will be coming back."

"Por 7 años visto este resort pero veo que los alimentos en el bufet de playa y el de albercas ha bajado bastante la calidad, además el bufet principal estaba en remodelación y afectó muchísimo mi estancia está vez.. El servicio de transporte que tienen para ir a la playa se encuentra en pésimo estado, creo que con lo que el resort cobra podría mejorar o comprar una nueva unidad para el servicio de los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente para visitar los demás parques de Grupo Xcaret , ojalá y puedan mejorar esos detalles pues varios huéspedes comentaron los mismos inconvenientes ."

"We stayed in the Family Selection complex, it was excellent! Everyone was very helpful and attentive; the amenities and the room were amazing. Very clean, great Staff, we had our own swim up pool, Food, 80% excellent, but at the buffets they use a lot of can sauces Drinks, beer always good, but the Cocktails were not made with natural ingredients, they use a lot of artificial syrups Restaurants; very good! excellent service and the food great! The bar and restaurant by the beach, not that great! Food and drinks really bad (I just wish the time share people/marketing wouldn't bug people the way they do) We probably stay there again,"
