"Gorgeous grounds with endless pools so it never felt too crowded. I absolutely loved all the wildlife, and the beach was beautiful - they are constantly cleaning the washed up sargassum. Most staff were amazing. We had a couple issues with the room and platinum amenities, and the food was just ok. Despite this, overall, it was a great experience."

"We (family of 3, with a preschooler) had a great time; However we didn’t know that the kids zone was under renovation and it was farther away from the “main pool” where the bar pool and all the entertainment activities occurred. The beach was full of seaweed so we didn’t enjoy it, also we were charged a beach seaweed clean up tax that we haven’t paid in other resorts. "Beatify property, good food, lovely setting, great options between pools, beach area and adult beach/ pool and friendly staff. Having Xcaret park right next-door is an awesome option if you buy into that package - well worth it!"

"Everyone was very good to us here. The kids had a blast. I wish they had a pool with steps to get in and out of easier and I wish there was a way to limit people coming down to the pool at 6 and claiming chairs for the whole day. It was a super stay and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff.We will be back"
