The bathroom was with a lot of hair in the bath and shower (disgusting) and the amenities in the bathroom were empty. This was a gross experience, unfortunately. I’ve been there before, and the experience was different.

The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children.
