Everything inside the hotel room is old. I booked a nonsmoking room, there was some cigarette/cigar smells from the bathroom. I have to called the front twice in order to get someone to clean the smells. What was not what I expected from a 5 stars hotel.

The staff at the registration was a little rude. It was 109 degrees temperature, no one had courtesy to offer bottle of water. First one said that water is in the room, but upon checking it came with a price. I went back to the registration & required a couple of bottles of water- they were the smallest water bottles, she told me that we don’t have to provide the water bottles, we can only give them if they are available. The room had a small refrigerator, which was stack with snacks & drinks but at the checking we were reminded that there are sensors, so don’t touch anything, if you pick up something and put it back, you will be charged. So we were hesitant to even use the refrigerator to cool our small bottle of water. There is no coffee or tea maker in the room, which was very inconvenient, This is our first time at Bellagio, I am a Bonvoy Elite member for more than 25 years, I mentioned at the registration, but they didn’t care, because I didn’t book on Bonvoy. I didn’t know that Bellagio is part of Bonvoy. Overall very disappointing experience.

The bellman Frank gave us excellent service throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we could catch a cab, help us with our bags and always having a cold bottle of water ready for us.

We had such an amazing stay. The staff is very helpful, courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable. If you have the chance, please visit the Como and see the bartender DJ. He was social, fun, efficient and pleasant. The hotel is clean, luxurious and fun. It’s also close to everything. We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I always enjoy our stay as the Bellagio is one of the nicest hotels in Vegas. Vegas use to be the destination for cheap food and alcohol but no more. Charging $7.50 for a coke and $12.50 for a Stella at the bar feels like price gouging. The casino was smokier than our previous visits. We hate cigarette smoke but it seemed worse this visit. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
