We booked a pick up from the airport and padded ahead they never came, we did early check-in and was told the room would be ready at 9:30 we waited until 12, our door to our room keep messing up maintenance had to keep coming to fix it, sink and toilet kept stopping up. I feel for the amount that we spent we should have had a better room and service I even asked to be moved and they stated they did not have any other rooms available.

We stayed in the Rush Tower which was nice, modern and comfortable. I forgot how loud Fremont is so it was hard to sleep because the music was super loud until well after midnight. Blackout curtains were great though and ear plugs were provided which helped a little.

Loved this property. The downfall is waiting in line to check in. It was a 45 minute wait and later the lines were even longer. They need to come up with a way to speed this process. Other than that issue everything was fantastic.

What was most disturbing about this hotel is that you have to ask to have your room cleaned. You must text housekeeping by noon the day prior to the service you want. However, check in is at 3:00 PM. Good luck in getting your room cleaned! The policy should be to opt out, not to opt in to room cleaning. When I checked in I asked to have my room cleaned every day. The clerk said they would take care of it. They did not. At 3:00 check in, the line was very slow and long. They charge extra if you check in early, so the long, slow line was the hotel’s fault. On the positive side the main pool and water slide were fun. Also, there are many places to eat in the area.
