"This was our second time at Occidental! And it was even better. Our flight was late, and shuttle was terrible, but the check in with Ruben was fantastic! Our cleaning lady Patricia for building 18 was also amazing! We had Wifi everywhere, the beach was fabulous, the weather was amazing, and the food tacos and pizza were amazing same with the Italian and oriental restaurant. I had suggestions on our last trip and would have to say that they more than full-filled them this time around. They had doors on washrooms, the bedding was amazing, the channels for the TV during bed time were great! The pools were fantastic, love the adult pool! Even the events and night shows were an upgrade - only thing, is to get an MC that speaks better english! But otherwise, fantastic job and hotel! I may have to come back in another 5 years!! Gracias, we miss you already Mexico!!"

"Food is amazing. Even near max capacity the grounds are spread out and you never feel like there is to little space. Only complaint I had was our room had an order of mildew but it was extremely clean. I think it is difficult for the AC to deal with the humidity. "
