« C'etait pas mentionné que c'est un self check in, nous sommes arrivé à 6pm aucune administration, la clé etait dans une boîte verrouillée auquel nous avions reçu aucune information ni code pour avoir accès à la clé. Heureusement un touriste résident au même endroit nous est venu en aide. Une fois à l'intérieur on a remarqué que c'était une salle de bain peu entretenu et commune. Point positif la chambre était propre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était dans le centre de Puerto Morelos. »

« Je recommande vivement. Rue calme et sûre, tout proche de la plage et de la place centrale, accessible à pieds en 2min, nombreux restaurants (différents types) dans la rue et aux alentours. Possibilité de parking devant l’hôtel dans la rue sans problème. L'hôtel lui-même est une excellente surprise: derrière la façade se cache une piscine et une cour avec jolie végétation tropicale, ainsi qu'une terrasse sur le toit. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et joliment décorée. »

« I just want to say Giovanni the person that was in charge of the property was above and beyond on our needs, very accommodating. This was a very fantastic basic plain place to stay for relaxing. Everything was within walking distance, the beach one block away, very safe to walk on the streets. Definitely I will recommend it. »

« We booked this condo for a friend, and she had an excellent experience! The rooms were even bigger and nicer than the photos. Very modern & inviting. Rooftop is furnished really nicely and our friend enjoyed watching the sunrise from the rooftop and quiet evenings. You need a lighter or match to get the stovetop going but the stove works great. For the water, you get a large gafon from the store and it goes under the automatic water dispenser. Our friend ran some vinegar water through the...

« El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, del lado de la colonia. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas comodas. Al principio tuve problemas para encender la TV, pero la chica de recepción fue muy amable indicandome como hacerlo. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero pude dejar el carro afuera del hotel enfrente de mi habitación sin ningún problema. »

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

« The view was fabulous! Possibly the best beach view we have had in Mexico. The pool and sun deck were 1 floor below us with the same wonderful view of the ocean. The boardwalk to the beach was right next to the property. The beach clubs with snorkeling and diving tours are all along the beach front. The music during the day is lively but not loud. We could see the traditional performers from our balcony. The beach front is quiet after 7 pm, providing an intimate experience from the balcony or...
