First time off an all inclusive, most of the bad reviews confuse me. For the price, this is a gem! Daily room cleaning, big showers, big balconies, and nice enough beds. We stayed for 11 days.
Pros: location short walk to the bustle, right on the ocean, beside a dive shop and beach bar(happy hour 3-4pm,7-8pm)you can use the brown beach chairs out front for free, I highly recommend using their round trip shuttle - 1700 pesos most taxis wanted 1000 one way. Daily room cleaning.
Cons: older windows so we found noise travels easily most of the stay was fine but had some loud neighbour for some, some noise from the beach bar but it shuts down at 10pm, also if you’ve stayed off resorts before you’ll know sometimes the sewage pipes can smell, they provide a little cover for the shower drain so we only uncovered it a few mm when we showered, opened all the windows and it was only a slight sulphur smell sometimes from that.
Highly recommend, the pool was cleaned daily, free cabanas beside the pool. If you’re stuck up probably go somewhere else, if you’re looking for a good price ,great location this is it for puerto morelos
