« Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. Not a slight to the others, just they are all so great that it is an injustice to name them and...

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always paying attention to everything we needed, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the city. You can easily walk to the most famous street, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and anything you might need. The beach is also very easy to access, and the area feels very safe and secure at all times. Overall, this resort offers excellent service, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen"

"Le personnel était formidable. Tout l'équipe était souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré la selection de nourriture, bar à pizza, sushi, café, bar à collation ouvert 24/7, un buffet et trois restaurants. La chambre était vraiment belle et propre. La piscine était asser grosse et très belle. Les bars étaient tousse excellent et d'excellent brevage à volonté. La proximié à la ville était formidable et directement sur l'océan. Nous avons adoré la vue de notre chambre. "
