The property was farther from the ocean than is depicted on the Travelocity map. About a kilometer down a long hill. That aside, the facility and the staff were outstanding. Both ladies were always available to help in request. Maria and I enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated all that was done to make our stay most pleasant.

Absolutely lovely staff here, very helpful. The place could do with a bit of freshening up. It was basic. Breakfast is not available but could be made so as there are cooking facilities. Close by to a restaurant and the town is only a ten or so minutes walk away.

I would recommend this to anyone going to Guanabo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried really hard to make my stay comfortable. The facility,itself, was clean and modern. It's close to the beach and downtown. In fact there's a great view of the ocean from the rooms and veranda. They didn't have Wi-Fi cards but, going to buy them is easy. This place also has a communal kitchen that you can use, and a small pool.

Had a few quiet nights here between Havana and Trinidad. The rooms were clean, and close enough to town. The host was nice too. Only bad thing is they lock the front gate with chain and padlock every time we left and didn’t give us a key! So every time we returned we had to scream out from the gate to get in haha small inconvenience but a little annoying. Other then that the stay was fine
