Property was beautiful! Our guest service check in lady was very nice! Our room attendant was amazing also! They need more quick service type food choices open later than 5pm. Restaurants are extremely expensive and hard to get into. We had some good service and some terrible service. Pools are great , beach is great, water park is fun. It’s cashless everywhere on property and plan on spending a lot of money on mediocre food.

GH BM was more than I expected. We had a great time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The property is clean, beautiful and breath taking. Enjoyed the beach, water park, pools as well as our view of the ocean. Our room was immaculate!! We will definitely return. My grand kids ages 3 and 4 had a blast!! They never left the property. It was a joy to see them having the time of their young life!! Huge property, well maintained in all areas!!

This resort just nickel and dimes you. The staff are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. Do not try to take the towels from the pool cabanas to the beach or the attendants will lose their minds on you. The amount of children in this resort is mind baffling. They aren’t being watched over and they are climbing the walls and hitting people. I will never return nor would I recommend this establishment

Absolutely loved this place!! Knew they had a casino but was thrilled when I saw the Sportsbook! It is very expensive but what isn’t these days! 2 margaritas will cost you $40 plus tip…but we found bringing a reusable cup and buying booze at the airport when you land is very helpful for spending the day at the pool or beach. Staff were absolutely wonderful! Cannot wait to go back here!!

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely helpful and nice, there was plenty to do, the room was fantastic, and the restaurants had great food. This was my first experience with a cashless resort and it was pretty convenient and made things much easier. I would rate my vacation here a 10 if I could. I Look forward to coming back! ❤️

Beautiful property, well maintained property, with plenty of food and entertainment options. Beach was great and staff was friendly. Water park was pretty impressive. The prices are pretty astronomical and considering the cost to stay at the hotel is already high, it would be nice to see some experiences free of charge as the amount of additional taxes/fees/gratuities applied or expected are rather ridiculous. More entertainment options for kids would be welcomed as they have a great lawn closer to the beach which seems to get little use day or night. Also a pool/beach lounge chair reservation system like used at the Hyatt in Aruba would be nice and prevent guests from having to wake up early on vacation in order to get a chair to relax in.
