"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Nice resort with large, clean pool area. Access to the beach. Dining options were good- definitely go for the breakfast buffet, or the market for a coffee and small snack. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Check-in was very quick with no wait.The staff was friendly. No wait for food options and very quick bar service. First time at an "Adults Only" and found it very relaxing. The family side or the resort was only a 5 min walk for a more lively experience. The food choices were slightly different between the 2.
