So kind and helpful. My only negative was with the restaurants. We really enjoyed Ventanas for breakfast and dinner, but could have skipped the Italian and Japanese restaurants (just mediocre). We did enjoy all the bars and the smoothie shop several days:) thank you for a really great vacation!! After the hurricane it took a while to get it back to where it was. It certainly much closer to its original state now. It’s a beautiful setting hard to beat! The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The pools, grounds, and overall layout of the resort were impressive and very well maintained. The only area that fell short was the food. While some meals were very good, the quality was inconsistent and the menus felt a bit limited. Prices also seemed high for what you received, especially when the dishes landed in the “just OK” category. Overall, it’s a wonderful resort with exceptional amenities and service—just be prepared for mixed dining experiences.
