Beautiful beach and nice pool area. A little unorganized at the dine in restaurants in terms of who is taking the order and then delivering the food to the right table. The beach alone makes the stay worthwhile so I’d definitely look at it again if the opportunity came up.

The area was beautiful Room was average shower did not work the way it supposed to one minute hot and then cold and then hot again no pressure at all The water in the ocean was dirty from the aquarium in front of the beach hundred of people on the boat visiting every day dumping pee and poop on the ocean and then they float on the beach Other than that everything else was beautiful

Property is nice some stuff are just rude or careless They need to figure out something to keep flies out of the food because that’s disgusting flies around food in the buffet restaurant Swimming pool and bar next to pool closes too early I try to book extra nights with them front desk said they can’t do it they call and gave me the phone the person who answered hung up before I could say something and they called again and not answer at all “bad service “ They should have more local food options because we traveling from USA we tired of American food we wanted to try local food and they only had like 3 options

The room my wife and I stayed in was in need of updating. The bathroom shoer head bracket kept falling off, lots of caulking, crack with large gap on tub, toiletries were very poor,toilet handle was flimsy with poor water pressure, lock on room door was extremely hard to turn, lots of things seemed ready or currently broke. The pool area had cigarette butts, broken balloons, towels, cups, etc... left from previous day. Pool chairs are cracked or broken.We stayed at your property a year ago and saw a big decline in cleanliness and poor quality of room. We like the food, beach, and price. We will stay somewhere else next time if we need to spend a little more. I thought property was 8 out of 10 in July 2023. T thought property was 7 out of 10 in July 2024.
