"We celebrated several birthdays including my daughter’s 16th. Yeraimys from Guest Services was beyond helpful and attentive. She answered questions/provided advice in a timely fashion. Yeraimys was able to execute a wonderful sunset dinner on the beach for my daughter. It turned out beautiful. I gave her a detailed explanation of what I needed and she made it work. She also helped with our dinner rez. She was absolutely amazing. Generally speaking our junior suite was big enough for my family of 4 buI do have two complaints: 1) beds need updating 2) layout of the room is awkward. There is no area to change clothes in private/toilet stall is extremely small. My teenage daughters had to resort to change in the shower stall or the closets. Very inconvenient. The staff at Majestic Colonial always pleasant/ friendly especially Ricardo whom we had the pleasure of getting to know during our stay. The breakfast buffet at the Supreme was always wonderful. The lunch at La Hispanola was just as great. Ricardo always had a table waiting for us. He got to know where we enjoyed sitting and what we liked to drink. Cocktails for the adults and soft drinks for the kids. He was phenomenal. The restaurants for dinner were also very good. Our favorites were Ma Suri (Asian) and Le Gourmet (French). Pool: Activities were so much fun!! Beach: Clean. Warm water. Calm waves. Evening entertainment: We preferred the activities in the smaller area by the pool. Karaoke night was our favorite!"

"This hotel is amazing ! Loved everything about it. The ONLY down side to it is that there is barely any activities during the day at the main pool. For all day time activities, you will have to go to the family side. The food on the resort was great. Overall will rate a 8.9"

"The place looks new, it is clean and well maintained. The staff is all very friendly. Our baby sitter who also works in the reception, Milenny, was so kind and thoughtful. Our toddlers immediately at ease with her. Milenny also helped organize our return trip and offered to come the morning where we were traveling to come help with the kids free of charge. She showed up punctual to our room at 7am. The person who checked us in Luz was also fantastic and proposed an upgrade to our stay which was convenient for us. The staff at breakfast at Gusto : Henrique, Luis, Juan Ventura d and the lady at the reception were all so helpful and forthcoming. The hostess at Brass Dariana found us a table and made sure choldren got their dinner very fast. Also the receptionist close to the Domo restaurant at night managed to find my spouse a pair of trousers as it is the restaurant requirement. The kids club is fantastic but accepts kids at age 3, not younger. This did not bother us as we enjoyed the water park with our children. Overall a great experience. It is as suitable for families as it is for adults only as both sides are completely separated. the Beach is very nice. The only constructive would be room service delays. Sometimes we would wait 45 minutes for some milk and boiling water to make a bottle. The overnight shows could start a little earlier than 9.30 pm so younger kids can take attend. "
