Chinese restaurant called Wokwok was terrible none of the food tasted like Chinese food, concierge was also terrible dragging you to join presentation and when you turned down the offer all the promised of booking space walker, massage and Zumba classes not happening. The only great food was Tomahawk steak that we paid $90 was good, the waiter and waitress staffs were excellent even though bad food. Housekeeping were friendly and accommodating, other than that nothing else are good,we will never come back to Nickelodeon.

Our family had the best time at this resort. Staff was amazing and friendly and always willing to help. Loved the pool areas and the beach and really loved the water park portion w the three bigger kid slides.

Our family was so excited about this vacation. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. Overall, my children enjoyed themselves, but I would not recommend to anyone, and we have no plans to return. I began writing my review, and within a few short minutes, quickly ran out of space to even get through our experience on the first day. In order to consolidate, my main complaints are the following: lack of proper air conditioning; poor customer service; a shower that doesn't drain (it took 24 hours for the pool of water to evaporate from the shower floor); dirty towels (one had a prominent reddish stain on it); the material used for the floor at Aqua Nick was like a sheet of ice (my children slipped and even fell multiple times); the character breakfast is a ridiculous $415, and if you want to see Sponge Bob, that seems to be the only opportunity to do so; our "personal concierge" took a full day to reach out, and initially they wouldn't let us book anything on our own; the famed Spacewalker restaurant was so hot the day we went, there were flies all over our food, which also looked too gross to eat (don't waste your time here); and the seaweed on the beach can't be prevented, but it was quite intrusive, and the resort next door had it cleared by a tractor (ours did not). If I had more room, I would have detailed these points (and others) more eloquently. All in all, kids will find some enjoyment here. Parents, however, will find there's much to be desired.

The staff was truly what made the stay, they were pleasant and helpful. Sadly, they were doing work at the resort and water gets shut off with no warning in the rooms. I’d only recommend going here if your child is 5 , they don’t really cater to toddlers. Hard to locate Nick JR. characters.

My family (wife & 2 small children) stayed from June 23rd - June 29th for a Family Vacation to Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana…. FOR YOUR OWN FAMILY'S SAFETY, PLEASE DON'T EVER GO HERE OR ANY “KARISMA” OWNED RESORT!!! My 4 year old daughter got food poisoning and went to the infirmary, absolutely no lifevests for kids at the 4.5 foot infinity pool and beach with 4 foot waves, no heat lamps on the kids buffet & birds nesting in the adult buffet food. Unlike Carnival Cruises & Beaches Resorts, their “Kids Club” won’t supervise ANY children in “Pull-Ups”. Pretty Crazy for an expensive “Resort” catering to “Paw Patrol” Fans… They also extorted me for $1300 more at the time of check-in for our 4 year old & 10 year old to stay for our 6 day stay. This was despite the fact that Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana advertised “Kids Stay Free” in the promo on their own website & on Expedia at the time. The workers didn’t know that I speak some Spanish & I could hear them trashing Westerners/Europeans. They are a very jealous, bitter & miserable staff there. Shame on Nickelodeon for licensing their extremely valuable brand to such a dangerous place just to make a quick buck. Never Go Here!!!

It was a terrible experience. My daughter and I got food infection and diarrhea during the stay. I was forced to pay additional fees at checkin, which was totally unprofessional. Most of the house keeping staff was rude.

Property was clean had issues with getting wash clothes a few staff have attitude for no reason. Room service was reliable how ever we did not get everything we order at any time something was always missing. Dining was limited and the food was often undercooked. We inform the hotel that my son had allergies and no one really helped us to make sure he had food even though we had a note.

The property was nice. However, the water park was small. I didnt like that everywhere in the park the staff ask me to get up from beach chairs becausr it was for VIP members only. AND HAD A INCIDENT AT THE BUFFET, 2 STAFF MEMBERS WOULDNT AND DIDNT GET MY DAUGHTER AND I UTENSILS AND THE DINNER TABLE. HOORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH.

I liked all the pool areas, the kids had a lot of fun, food was not great but a lot to choose from. We ask for a microwave and they brought one to the room which was really nice. the room was great it had a little bit of smell but that is normal due to being in the Caribbean. The meet and greet with the characters was nice but it was so disorganized, we spend 20 minutes to take a picture with Patrick and he left without a warning, wast of time but even worst watching my son chasing him for a picture was heartbreaking.

It’s a great resort for children ages 4 to 9yrs. Would recommend to them lowering the price for the so called pajama jam, in my opinion it’s very pricey for what they offer to the guests, also considering the price of the hotel itself it’s already a little high. It was good overall, the waterpark and activities around the resort are very family friendly and entertaining.

Great resort, travelled with my husband and young daughter. Enjoyed the entertainment and the pools. The food was good. Would recommend the A la carte restaurants for dinner, it was good! The resort provided strollers which was convenient.

Luego de haber visitado el resort en MX este resulta myy por debajo, pocos personajes, parque acuáitco mas pequeño. En mi caso particular siempre que llegue en la noche encontré la puerta abierta ya que no fue bien cerrada por el personal de limpieza. La tienda es limitada y en cuanto a productos suelen faltar y no avisan que los pedidos por ejemplo no serán completados. El último día completo de estadía no habían papas fritas, lo cual es inconcebible en un parque destnado a los niños. Punto alto el restaurante Italiano y la atención de Ramón en el área de cabañas.
