Service was not what we expected. At the pools the service was less than optimal. Towards the end of our stay it improved as we complained to one of the managers. Attendants at the front desk were not courteous when calling on the phone. They picked up the phone and rushed to just transfer you over to another dept without letting you finish.

This is for little kids pool is really the only thing I saw

The hotel is overpriced, not worthy for the money you have to pay. Food is not good, some of the staff were not friendly. We had problems with the a/c made several complains they never fixed it or gave us any compensation for the trouble. Not good experience over all.
