My wife and I had a great time at the resort! We’d like to personally thank our concierge, Joselito, and our room service person, Arismendy! Joselito did a great job of booking reservations at the restaurants, providing daily info on activities, and decorating the room in celebration of my birthday as well as our wedding anniversary! Arismendy provided excellent customer service each time he delivered room service to our room!
