It was a nice experience, the staff was friendly and the Hotel overall was great, the only down side was the beach, but that its just nature, although the pool, bars and entretaiment was really good

    "Nice Stay"
My stay at this resort was worth the price without a doubt but it was not without negative marks. Here were my negatives: The Italian restaurant La Tascana was horrendous. The service was just fine but the food quality was terrible, almost as if it was served out of a can. The other restaurants were better with Yuca (Caribbean style) being my favorite. The beach was excellent. Only concern I had was the amount of bottom seaweed washing up which requires significant raking from workers to clean the beach. I actually got a rash on my leg from walking through it. The rest of the experience was a great. If you want to pay more, there are other resorts with smaller extras not featured at this resort such as slides into the pool for kids, waterfalls into the pool and so on. But for the cost, very good visit.

The hotel is huge and very nice with plenty of restaurants that offers good food..The train was late most of the time and sometimes we had to walk in the rain to the restaurant.. An evening dress( new with the ticket) was stolen from my bag that I only discovered few hours before our flight ! I will definitely lock my back if I ever go back to this country .. The hotel staff are the worst I have ever seen, whenever I call the reception to ask about something ,its either they dont answer or they hang up on you.. we requested a car the night prior to our departure to take us and our luggage at 5;00 am to the reception , but they were late and I had to call 4 times to explain that we have a flight and we are late bcs of them.. When I asked the reception about a local market to buy souvenirs at decent prices they said they only have one mall 25 mins away from the hotel but when I went there it was just a big mall with big brand names and not souvenirs as they told me.I asked the taxi driver that I took from the hotel if they have a local market so he took me to a nice one with plenty of souvenirs shops just like what I wanted but of course he doubled the rate..

    "For what you pay"
Ok here's the ins and out. This hotel is not as terrible as some reviewer made it seem. Iran I wasn't in their rooms so maybe I'm wrong. As soo as I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a glass of juice. Which I thought was a nice jest ute considering the headache it took to get there. The bellman showed us to the room which was on the 3rd floor (wouldn't consider 20 45 degree angle stairs the third floor). I walked into the room it smelled clean. But I decided to strip the bed to check for bedbugs just in case. No bedbugs, shower was clean. There were some non appealing aspects though. For instance I tried to find the remote only to find out I have to go to the reception area with a $10 deposit for the remote. The TV was a mixture of Spanish and English. My son watched Spanish Disney channel commercials but the shows were in English (weird!). The complimentary soap they give you does not lather, heck it doesn't even melt! It was more like pool tablets. There was no lotion or hair dryer (I found out later I had to go to the reception desk for the hairdryer). My tub did not drain well 😒. The pool wasn't all that clean but it was doable! The power did go out a few times but again I didn't mind it was all not a new experience to me. The breakfast lunch and dinner service was great! I'm not a huge eater that require a 4 course 5 star meal! What they had was good. You had your basic Dominican dishes, as well as a few American options! But there was always selections!

"Good Potencial Resort; But Poor Investement"
This last trip to Be Live Hamaca Garden - All Inclusive was the # 4 visit to this resort, why? because is the most convenient Resort to go everywhere, to the City, to visit friends and relatives, to go Amable and eat Pasteles, etc, etc. Every place my Husband and I goes it's excellent for Us, because we make good out off any bad, without comments, Be Live Hamaca the only, only things good you have it's "THE FOOD" nothing to complaing about this, but staff members, except for 2 nice people, out of I don't know how many employees you have. And I do undertand, for the money they got pay, but nobody is responsable for your personal choises in life, your Guesst Services, sucks, unprofessional, uncapable to solve anythings, if it wasn't for your good food you guys never see us coming back to your place, your Resort have POTENCIAL, work harder to brings out all of that, (We saw that this time), please, bring more Vegas, colorfull shows, not only for the Natives, on weekend, but for the Domincan and International Visitor who come for vacation, can you make that happen for Our next vacation, please, thanks, sorry, but we're a honest couple.
