The hotel room and environment clean and made it a priority to maintain comfort considering the pandemic. This is my second time in this resort. The experience compared to the first time was a huge disappointment. Paying the same price for half of the amenities or experience for that matter is unacceptable. Only three restaurants were open with a set menu. The choices were limited and anyone would get tired of after the second day. Beach was red flagged. Only two pools opened for regular guest. Members had their own pool choice. Besides that the service is still up to par as I recall. It is unfortunate that things were very limited even with shops and entertainment areas.
