The property is gorgeous, and well maintained. Staff is so kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Food was okay. Loved the pastas and the Mediterranean restaurant by the pool, and Cherokee the French restaurant. Karilenny, jeisson, Mercedes were our favorite staff members. Spa is stunning

Our stay was amazing! We went to celebrate our 10th anniversary and hada wonderful time. Raifer was our butler and was so kind helping us with everything we asked for. Food was great! We were there for 5 nights, never left the hotel, much needed rest and relaxation. Spa was good too!

Live Aqua has an amazing staff who are welcoming and kind the moment you walk in the door. The property is clean and well maintained. The food was decent for resort food. We were able to try every restaurant during our stay and was most impressed with the pool side lunch and Japanese dinner. Will definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It was an awesome experience. The service is excellent, the staff is amazing, always checking on your needs, taking care of everything. You really feel the whole environment relaxing.
