Son professionnalisme et son écoute ont fait toute la différence. Cet hôtel est chanceux de compter dans ses rangs un si bon « soldat » ! Merci encore pour tout Alberto! Courtois, avenants, disponibles au besoin nous avons eu un excellent séjour de 28 jours. Il y a quelques restaurants proche où vous pouvez déguster poissons et fruits de mer ou tout simplement un sandwich ou burger. La piscine est sublime et c’est un environnement très calme. Les déjeuners sont corrects mais basic. a plage est à 50 pieds de l’autre côté de la...

« Nous adorons le Riu Palace Macao. Ma seule réserve est le transport Destination. Cela fait deux ans qu'à notre retour soit il ne se présente pas ou comme cette année l'hôtel a dû les contacter et ils sont arrivés à l'heure que nous aurions dû être à l'aéroport. De plus le chauffeur nous dit vous ne me donnez rien, il a conduit très dangeureusement jusqu'à l'aéroport. »

"le personnel est excellent ,le site extérieur plage et piscine est extra , Très bon service de la représentante d'Expédia Fédrina .Seul point négatif les chambres ont besoin d'un meilleur entretien. Ampoules brulée .téléphone et tv non fonctionnel ,drain douche bloquée ,air climatisée qui fuit,eau sur le plancher douche mal calfeutrée séchoir a cheveux défectueux et il faudrait au buffet pour le petit déjeuner des grilles pain comme dans les autres hotel.
