The staff was very friendly... exceptionally so. The service was just so so. Calling the front desk often rang without answering. The location was outstanding and our particular view was spectacular (but that would change depending your room). The food was good but not great. Now for the balance we had an amazing rate for an all inclusive resort. Balancing out that with the minor inconveniences is ok. We had to repeatedly ask for washcloths and drinking water. The service at the restaurants was from quite weak to good. Often we were not asked about refills for beverages which was a little frustrating. The staff of Santos, Willi, Martha, Diana, Johueri, were amazingly warm and friendly. We could have not been treated more kindly. My guess is that they are recovering from the ravages of Covid on the resort industry and it is taking some time to spool up. They were a bit understaffed on their service end. I wish they were more focused on service than they were marketing their vacation club which we elected to not purchase. We would take this trip again even with the minor inconveniences.
