I would like to express how disappointing this resort was, I just got back home today from this trip and I just wish I never went or spent my very hard earned money at this place. I’m not one to leave reviews for anything but I would like to save the next person from this horrible resort, I’d like to start by saying the staff is RIDICULOUSLY RUDE, I cannot believe the treatment that my partner and I received, not once or twice but MULTIPLE times. We paid extra to upgrade to platinum and that didn’t better our experience, from restaurants not wanting to let us sitting down to having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the shuttle to get us around to being ignored when we needed assistance, I say all this to say, save your money and visit another place that will truly give you that vacation feeling. DONT VISIT THIS RESORT, I REPEAT DONT VISIT!!!!!!

El resort es masivo, no sabía que eran como 3 hoteles en uno, no hay que caminar tanto, pasan trenes que te llevan a todos lados, la comida es aceptable, las bebidas (yo no tomo alcohol) pero son genéricas, o sea de lo más económico, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y limpias, el staff del hotel es aceptable, algunos simpáticos, otros principalmente los meseros un poco rudos, en la habitación todo funcionaba bien, las almohadas un poco incómodas, el colchón del sofá cama que fue para mi hijo, era inaceptable puro alambre se le sentía, así que dormimos juntos, le doy 6/10 a este establecimiento.

The room and hotel was very pretty, however, there was no A/C in either of the dining rooms, the spa, bars, lobby, so it was extremely hot. The all inclusives that I have stayed at before offer room service; this one did not. There were several amenities that are only included if you purchased a VIP package or became a "member" of their club. The trams to move around in were seldomly passing; it was easier to walk but we did walk A LOT. The beach was perfect, the food was ok, but very limited Gluten free options and I have Celiac disease and called the property prior to traveling and they assured me that I would have Gluten free items and literally they had muffins daily (that's it). Not very helpful staff, sometimes rude. Not traveling to this particular hotel again.
