Pros:The welcome staff were excellent and friendly! Our room was clean and the property was clean. Very pretty, nice pools, water slides were awesome!! Cons: “Dream bed” was not as advertised and incredibly hard as were the pillows. The servers and staff at the pool bars and restaurants were very rude and often ignored us. Activities were not presented in both English and Spanish, so if you are not Spanish speaking it was incredibly difficult to participate. Dining options- particularly breakfast and lunch- VERY LIMITED. The buffet was not accurately marked, so often you had no idea what things were. Only 3 table service restaurants available and they were only from 6-10pm. Additionally, one of those was closed 2 days a week. The hours of operation listed online in the room didn’t match reality. The bars ran out of cranberry juice, mint, bananas etc so drink options on several days were also limited. Overall, we made the best of our vacation and had a great time, but we would not return to this property.

A nivel general nos sentimos cómodos y tranquilos… pasamos un tiempo agradable. Te entregan las llaves/pulseras de la habitación y te preguntan si quieres un mapa, cuando en realidad deben dártelo por defecto e indicarte toda la información del hotel. Pero nada, preguntando se llega donde sea. Después de ahí, bien.

Everything was very good , staff very friendly and helpful, front desk very courteous, i have a suggestion it should be more than one train car because it is a big hotel and the wait for the train is ridiculous., because it was only one train going up and down
