Our room was a little dated but very clean. The whole property was very clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

We booked this trip with friends for our anniversary. We both got same rooms. ROmantic suites by the water. Their room was exactly what we were expecting. THey switched our room. We were switched to a third floor suite, on the other side of the stairwells and was much further from the beach. I was very disappointed with the room change and no one would explain why this happened

The good—Property was clean and beautifully landscaped . Employees were pleasant. Rooms could be updated. Maid came very late in the day and did not always clean ashtrays on rooftop deck or clean the coffee maker. Didn’t stock mini bar daily —was told I needed to call daily to have restocked with a whole 3 mini cans of beer and 2 sodas. Nightly shows geared for teens or spring breakers nothing geared for Adults. Next time would choose adults only resort as after dinner nothing really to do unless you want to watch teens sing karaoke or dance at the nightly show unless you want to pay an Additional $150 per person for their exclusive club show! Also annoyed upon check in they tell you someone will pick you up the following morning to show you were to go for breakfast and when they come they take you to see agents to get you to buy into their travel club. They escort you to breakfast and try to sell to you while they eat breakfast with you. How would you even know if you like the place on your first day there! We traveled to other resorts in Punta Cana and this was a first and annoying. We told the guy straight out we were not interested after breakfast and we would not be going back to office with him. Beware this is to get you to buy into their travel club.

I liked the service by the employees, very attentive and nice. We came for a wedding and all was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was their room service food. I ordered nachos with cheese and pasta 4 cheese the night before my departure and the cheese on both food had gone bad like literally sour. If they upgrade their room service I would rate this hotel so much better. Also they need to have smoking sections because at some point all I smelled was people cigarettes all around the lobby area.
