"Wonderful stay at Eden Roc"
Stayed with my husband and 1 year old baby. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Our suite was superb and we loved our plunge pool. Food was delicious but we felt it was slightly overpriced. The golf carts were an excellent idea to help us get to both the private and public beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples alike.

We loved Sivory! If you want to relax and be immersed in the lush beauty of Punta Cana - this is your place! The grounds are beautiful with tons of native plants and gorgeous palm trees. We walked several beaches down and none of the others had such a lush crop of palm trees on the beach. We loved that it wasn't crowded or over run by a "party" crowd. If you are looking to party with friends, I wouldn't choose this resort. We used the kayaks, body boards and catamaran, and twice we went snorkeling right from our beach. The snorkeling we did off our beach was better than the snorkeling we paid for! We broke up our stay by doing day excursions twice and a night out dancing at Coco Bongo. The Sivory is a long and expensive cab ride from everything, but that's what sets it apart. The seclusion it offers is second to none. The people who work at the resort are all absolute gems!!! We still keep in touch and have such fond memories of the time we spent with them. We loved our room, food was good, awesome spa, yummy cocktails, and I could go on and on and on. We absolutely loved the Sivory!!!!!

"Very nice hotel aways from everything."
Nice idea for a luxurious resort but it soon gets complicated however. You are really far away from everything and the little golf cars you need to use for everything are very very old. Annoying things like you get charged 13 dollars for plain water did not help either. Since you are secluded inside this huge complex, there are none other available choices around but pay that or go thirsty. Worst, the quality of the food is not up to the cost or expectations. Bland and ordinary. Staff is very friendly but the charm this place must have is lost in the prices and unnecessary complications similar to the cheaper all-inclusive joints. You need to reserve for dinners for example even if the place is empty. The beach is very nice looking but the sand turns to a gravel-like floor once you step into the water! More for looking than anything else. Go to Cancun!

"Pleasant Vacation in Tropical Paradise."
Nice hotel, unspoiled white sand beach with some rocks, turquoise crystal-clear water with mild waves. A lot of palm trees and palapas (beach huts). Fresh and tasty food. Bars with a fast and professional service.Good animation. Bright shows in the theater. Excellent GYM. Note that the same category rooms are very different. Some have a huge balcony, others a tiny one. Some come with and some without a bathtub. There are 2,3,4, and 5 story buildings (some with or without elevators) and 2-3 family bungalows. I recommend that you write out a detailed special request when you book your room, specifying what you want. And one important remark: top-floor rooms have constant unpleasant ambient noise coming from equipment on the roof.
