Our stay here was truly pleasant. All staff members were very friendly. The options of restaurants were great. The beach was beautifil and clean. The pools were pretty great as well. Our room was really nice and clean. The only critic I would have is that we expected a jacuzzi in the room as advertized, but it was a very large bath tub instead. But that was only a small inconvenience compared to the whole positive experience we had at this resort.

I believe that the property was fantastic. My family and I chose this location to celebrate my fiance's 30th birthday and my mother-in-law's 50th birthday. The diverse culinary options available were delightful, and we particularly enjoyed exploring the surrounding activities. Although the staff provided average service overall.

The majority of the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The Resort was a little dated but still beautiful. The food was good however a wider variety would have been nicer. Dinner required reservations that filled up early in the day causing limitations for dinner options such as resorting to the buffet.

I didn't like the water not draining properly inside of my room. Both the sink and shower were draining slowly. I had to use a broom to sweep the water after each time someone showered.

My stay was okay. The staff in the restaurants, luggage area and bartenders were nice. CARLITOS, LEONEL, CRISTINA AND ASHLEY were amazing, super friendly and genuinely nice. On my last day, I realized I had left a bag at the Thalassa Restaurant containing important medication. I expressed my issue to the concierge (DAVID) and all I got was total disregard and the cold shoulder. All I asked was for someone to go behind the room and check. I basically BEGGED for help. I also asked the front desk lady (FACELIS I believe is her name) and also gave me an attitude. Everyone played stupid. When someone came out of the employees only room, I had the chance to look inside and there was my package! 10 feet away from me!! I know it was not the hotel's fault. I know I am responsible. But all I begged for was SOME SENSE OF HUMANITY. I cried explaining the medication there was needed. And everyone failed to just LOOK AROUND. Customer service WAS HORRIBLE. And unnecessarily. I wouldn't want anyone to lose their jobs, but please asked your staff to TRET PEOLE LIKE PEOPLE. I wasn't looking for a makeup bag or something that could be easily replaced. I was asking for medication to treat A SERIOUS CONDITION. My husband and I went there to explore options regarding our wedding celebration. But at this point, is fair to say that this is not an option.

My electricity went out for a while. Also didn’t have hot water for a while. This was horrible and on top of that I got scammed on going on 2 different tours. I got lucky and got my money back for 1 tours
