"Majestic Mirage was the perfect choice for our first-ever trip, and it truly exceeded all expectations. We traveled in December to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience could not have been better. We stayed in the adults-only section, which was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a special occasion. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to our room attendant Maria, who was incredibly friendly and thoughtful—she kept everything spotless and often surprised us with little touches that made the stay feel extra special. Our butler, Lisandro, was amazing from start to finish. He made planning effortless, was always available, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Having his help truly elevated our experience and made us feel well taken care of. The food was incredible, especially at the restaurants. Every meal felt well-prepared and enjoyable, with plenty of variety. We were also blown away by the service—Felix, William, Jesus, and many other staff members went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness and attention made such a difference and added to how memorable this trip was. Overall, Majestic Mirage made our anniversary unforgettable. From the service to the accommodations to the food, everything was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already looking forward to coming back in the future."

I never seen her personally but each day my room was spotless & she added very pretty fresh flowers in the bathroom & rearrange the curtains with decorative fresh flowers...the staff were so polite & kind...assertive & happy...everything was available without any issues...Wonderful resort. "Serenade All Suites Adults Only exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort offers two distinct pools: one quieter and less crowded, perfect for relaxing, and another more lively pool with a swim-up bar for a fun atmosphere. The food truly surpassed expectations. There was an excellent variety, and the meals were surprisingly light and easy to digest. Having multiple restaurants instead of relying only on a buffet was a great change, and the quality of the steaks was unbelievable. The room air conditioning was excellent, completely quiet, and allowed full control over both temperature and humidity, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and, more importantly, highly professional. Thank you for a great experience. We would absolutely recommend this resort."

"We just returned from six amazing days at Excellence Punta Cana, and our hearts are still on that beach! 🌴 As total beach lovers, we were in heaven-the sand and water were absolutely beautiful and the perfect backdrop for relaxing. This was our third Excellence resort, and once again, the brand truly delivered a world-class experience. The service was beyond excellent; the staff is so incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Plus, the grounds are just gorgeous and so meticulously maintained. A pro tip: Don't miss taking a stroll through the beautiful gardens! 🦜 We also had some fantastic dining experiences! The Grill was a standout for us-you HAVE to try the smoked watermelon, it was surprisingly delicious. We also had incredible meals at The Lobster House and Chez Isabelle, though honestly, we found every restaurant we tried to be wonderful. The only tiny thing we noticed was that we missed the signature scent we remembered from the other resorts, but it didn't take away from a perfect stay. We had a fantastic time and are so grateful to the EPC team for such a memorable vacation!☀️"
