"The communication was lacking, except the part where they wanted our payments. I wasn’t even sure where the unit was in the property or how to get the key. Once we arrived, they didn’t have our place ready. When they finally “found” a few units that were available, they were not even in the same building that was shown in the picture - not even in the same area of the property. The first two units they showed us were in poor shape, musty smelling, not ready to occupy, and not near the beach....
