"Excellent stay on the Harbor side 15th floor. "
This hotel rates very high along with the South Beach Ritz Carlton hotel. The room amenities are excellent with a mini kitchen, two refrig's, stove, dishwasher, etc. The private wrap around balcony was awesome. I could live here, it was a studio apartment. The bath was wall to wall marble, separate glass shower, tub and two beatiful sinks. Very Nice!

"On the beach and in town."
Location saved us having to rent a car. Entertainment on Saturday night was fabulous! Once construction is completed next door it should be even better. Hospitality was superb and everyone very friendly!

"Sandals- perfect couples resort! "
Very convenient and met all expectations of a basic resort. Hotel is quite dated with lots of colored furniture but very clean regardless. The hotel staff are very accommodating and do what they can to make your stay pleasant. The restaurants are "ok"- you can get a decent hot meal however if looking for something really stellar, would advise leaving the resort for one of the restaurants in the Atlantis. The all inclusive package is worth it- you have access to multiple pools, water activities, restaurants (for all meals and snacks) and all bars for drinks- alcoholic and non alcoholic.

"It's a nice place to stay in"
I really like my experience in the hotel. The hotel looks like a mansion that they turned into s hotel. Not a lot of people in the city might know about it it seems so if you want a taxi driver to take you back, its best to tell them to take you to the restaurant next door called 'sapodilla' It's pretty far away from the main city but there's always a bus that can take us there for $1.25 per person. There's also a nice beach outside the hotel to hangout. And a nice fine dining restaurant next door that can be a bit pricey. The staff are really nice and accommodating. They always keep the room clean by the time I come back in my room from a long day.

Good security. Pleasant and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens. Relaxing hideaway away from the heart of the city. On city bus route (#10)..

"For those concerned about food prices/service..."
My wife, myself and two kids (14 and 12) stayed at the Beach tower this week. Probably one of the best, most relaxing vacations we have had. The lines were not incredibly long for the rides (sometimes they were actually a minute long) and, although packed at times, the lazy river was always enjoyable. It was our third time there, but the first time with the kids. They enjoyed it immensely. Regarding the cost of food, there are some (somewhat) reasonable options, but the breakfast buffet at Seagrapes ($98 for 4!!) and a can of soda ($3.50) were not one of them. For lunch, you could get two sliders, fries and a drink for $12. Reasonable at any resort. One morning, we got cereals and muffins at the store in the beach tower for $14. Again, a bargain. The service at what they call the fine dining options was excellent. At many of the more casual places, it was definitely slow. That said, go before you are really hungry or you will be frustrated. We did find all of the staff to be polite. No horror stories as some report. I guess the judge of any vacation is to ask 'would you do it again?' My answer: in a heartbeat. For those concerned about costs, once you get there, the only variable for most is the food, unless you want to do things like the dolphin encounter, manta ray feeding, etc. Those are extra. You can certainly research the food costs prior to going to make sure it fits within your budget. As for your kids, they will LOVE it!!

Our trip was great and we enjoyed our four night stay. The hotel, pool, and restaurant staff, along with DJs near the pools, were attentive and friendly.

"Enjoyable stay"
Loved the beach, food was very good... Staff was pleasant and helpful. Transportation (bus), close to hotel. The room was basic... had a smell and room was a little damp.
