The person that checked us in was rude and any questions that was asked made you feel like you were putting her out. We needed towels and no one ever brought them. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff is super friendly. The room was very clean and spacious, even though it was a standard room it had a seaview. The breakfast was delicious overall enjoyed the stay. The location is in the heart of downtown but it was still quite and not crowded.

The property itself is being renovated. Rooms are clean, pool on site. The only negative was the $150US damage deposit. I put it on my credit card. And it was to be credited upon our departure. It was credited, but they only returned $138US and claimed it was the difference in exchange. It was a deposit and the like amount should be returned.
