Elevator, only one was working. Only one vending machine which didn’t work. The luggage cart hardly fit in the elevator. Room was very clean, view was excellent! Enjoyed the stay. The service staff were very friendly and very nice.
I reserved 2 Queen Size Beds but got 2 Full Size Beds! The rooms were much smaller and not exactly like pictures! The hot tubs were lukewarm in the Palms Tower! I like the friendly staff and the fact that there was a mini water park at the hotel.
We have been staying at the South Bay inn since it opened but within a year or so you can see the wear on the hotel . The carpets smell like mildew I could barely sleep during my stay because of the smell. And in the bathroom the light you could see mold growing in the light fixture above the sink ...
Loved everything will be going back someday loved it let us have our pet to
Clean---nice rooms---indoor pool---Lazy River---Nice staff---great price for Thanksgiving
The rooms were big. All was clean. Beds were soft and slept well. Had a small mix up in our rooms. Staff made all corrections needed. Hotels needs a few updates. But over for the winter season price it was nice.
It was ok until my wife notice some bugs in our cover. The door wouldn't shut complete. The shower head was loosen so the water wasn't flowing out like it supposed to. The pool wasn't heated like it should be but I report it to maintenance guy but never showed back up.
