Great breakfast buffet with make-your-own waffles. Kids loved the indoor pool and slides. The lazy river was 3ft deep, which was safe for our 5 and 8-year-old, so we didn't have to be arm's distance from them all the time.

Stay was nice. Staff was nice. Pool area was good for whole family, very convenient to watch kids and still be able to relax in hot tub... bar and grill poolside, walk out to beach. We had an oceanview 17th floor and it was amazing! Complimentary breakfast was good, bed was comfy, room was cleaned and towels we're brought promptly when ordered. Hotel location was perfect for us... about 2-4 blocks from famous "Skywheel"...many restaurants near by...the pizza joint directly across from hotel was expensive and sucked! My only complaint was them lol..overall I would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN 😁

Our room was very spacious and in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and pier. Only downside was the parking garage being across the street and away from the hotel. However there is valet service for a fee.

The front desk staff and the bartender, Bubba, were so friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could use a facelift. Quality assurance checks aren’t being done. The Shower curtains weren’t long enough, so the water is everywhere when you shower. The breakfast was subpar. Who doesn’t serve bacon? It’s just little things. I asked for bagels, I was told she was going to the back to get some. She never came back. I asked someone else and was told there were no more. Overall, it was just ok but I wouldn’t revisit. One and done.

The hotel was very nice, water park was great as well as access to the beach and the boardwalk. The only downside were the elevators! Only 4 for such a large hotel. Average wait was about 5 minutes for an elevator if it wasn’t already full of people!

Great hotel. Biggest issue was long waits for the elevators day and night. They need a second set of elevators fpr a hotel of that size. Also the parling garage elevators didnt work, which was an issue every day. Overall good trip

Property bills itself as a resort and charges a resort fee, but it is nothing of the kind. It's a standard Homewood Suites with a pool and a couple of water slides. The outdoor "bar" is hardly stocked and they have 1 poor guy running around like crazy trying to deal with all guests. You have to pay extra to get beach chairs and an umbrella, and there's no wait service to the beach. How is this a "resort"? What is the resort fee for? Expedia advertised my room as an "Oceanfront" room, but hotel put me in a street view room and said there is no such thing as a King Suite in their Oceanfront rooms. The street view is terrible. Area outside hotel is a bunch of vacant lots and dirty looking old restaurants; probably the ugliest area along the Myrtle Beach coast line. In addition, getting around the hotel is absolutely agonizing. They don't have a service elevator for their workers, so lines and wait times for the elevator are extremely long. Lots of guests were using the dingy emergency stairwell to get around faster. Pool was as warm as bathwater and we did not get the sense that it was very clean. Finally they don't offer room service during your stay. I get that it's an extended stay hotel, but its on a beach. Everyone is full of sand! Rooms get unclean very quickly that way. (the SINGLE outdoor "shower" they have by the pool to wash off the sand had very little water pressure and the bottom showerhead didn't even work, so it's not like we could shower off the sand).
