The property was great! The upgrades made were amazing - we were there 33 years ago for our honeymoon and were pleased when we checked in. The restaurant options and food choices were great as well. The continuous Bahama Mamas were an added bonus. The staff were all professional, polite, and friendly. The nightly entertainment was something that every and any one could participate in. The Cultural Tour was fun. Overall, the Warwick was a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to coming back.

Stayed 5 nights in July 2024. Staff was welcoming and helpful! Loved that it was within walking distance to shops and some restaurants. Not far to Atlantis and has a free shuttle there nightly at 8pm. Evening entertainment could use some updates but other than that we loved our stay!

Well where should I start ? First night no clean towels . It took me 4 times to get them and did not get them until 9pm that night when I finally had enough and said I’m done I need towels for my family. On top of that I only 3 staff members out of everybody did their jobs and were friendly. The bar staff very rude , and service was horrible , and they showed preferential treatment to other guest , and young girls. I tipped numerous times and still service was awful. Breakfast food was not great , and eggs were awful and watery . On top of that waiter was so rude to me when I said my niece was not feeling well and needed some water he basically rolled his eyes. I brought up to the managers , and service manager that the staff should favoritism towards certain customers while others stood waiting for a drink. They found that hard to believe and questioned me like I was making it up. Long story short I will never recommend Warick ,and will stay at Atlantis next time where the service was great and people were friendly Oh forgot to tell you about the bedding that was ripped on my daughter’s bed , then got my bedding and my comforter had a big hole in it. I paid 3500 dollars for a Motel 6 like atmosphere. Word to the wise when you’re booking your trip. Make sure you really read the reviews because this hotel is awful .

The property is old and outdated. I would not call this a resort, its just a hotel. The dining options are mediocre and the 2 bars aren't enough to accommodate all of the guests. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The resort was nice and staff were friendly. They need to redo the tubs. The tubs look horrible and the bathrooms are small. The food is okay. If you looking for a resort that’s fun, clubs, or party time this isn’t the resort. This resort is more laid back and quiet.

Nothing , Shama as managers was the Rudest person I ever met in my entire life , instead of fixing an issue she started yelling at me & my wife just because they won’t let us get to the buffet to eat because the restaurant supervisor that night who happened to be very rude too claimed that I wasn’t dress properly for a buffet with paper plates , I tried to tell them that I left my all clothes in my friend car I had to checkout the next day & book another hotel to stay for the remaining of our vacation , at the dest Tamara & Alexis where very nice , specially Alexis wanted to resolve the issue but unfortunately SHAMA the front dest Manager won’t let her like the manager did not even care about us Anyway the room was very tiny compared to the one we booked online , I like the country but WARWICK is the worst place to stay because they customer service is ZERO ( 0 ) I believe that the so called front desk manager needs training before she can interact with people , yelling is not the solution

Staff members were extremely friendly and cheerful; most even remember who the guests are by the second or third day of your stay . They go out of their way to be helpful. Food and beverage were abundant, delicious and of good quality . Plenty of activities; and the best part is the free shuttle to cabbage beach . That in itself was paramount because cabbage beach should not be missed! Highly recommend this resort!
