We really liked the location, the one particular harbor “upgrade” was not impressive, our room shower did not work (they did fix it), you have to keep an eye on your bills, we had a few mis-charges and with the cost of everything this could add up. Ultimately for what we spent about $1,600 a day just at the resort and dinning… not that great of a value

The facilities and staff were great. The hotel was beautiful and in a great place. The rooms were amazing!!! My only complaint was the whole area catered to the cruise liners that came to Port. And it seemed when the ships left around 3 or 4pm everything started to close down.

The property was all around wonderful. They have plenty of activities if you decide to stay in. You also have plenty to explore outside. I liked the variety of restaurants. The food at the Vacation Cafe was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this property.
