Brand new resort where the people are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spectacular and the mini kitchen had everything we needed. The amenities were incredible. The infinity pool was amazing and the beach clean and well cared for.

This brand new hotel is absolutely stunning. Given that they just opened, they’re still working through some kinks, which is understandable. But all things considered, the staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Communication was a little tricky at times but I think in time all will run smooth as butter. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to come back.

Worst experience at Bahamas
I was very disappointed at the level of service and unhelpfulness of the staff. There is no bottle of water in your room and when you call the concierge, they also don’t provide that. They tell you to drink the filtered water instead which doesn’t taste good. So we constantly had to buy water. Unlike Bahamas they don’t have a set rate for cab rides. So cab drivers can charge you whatever they want. The only person who was nice and helpful at the hotel, was trying to sell us time share. Rooms are nice and clean but if you want a fun vacation with luxurious experience I strongly recommend Bahamar. Even the staff there are nicer and helpful. I feel like I wasted my money, and strongly discourage you from staying at Goldwynn.
